Former Justice Michael Gableman faces disciplinary complaint tied to 2020 election probe

The complaint also references a series of statements Gableman made in a Dane County courtroom to another attorney that were caught on a live microphone, including referring to Dane County Judge Frank Remington as American Oversight attorney Christa Westerberg "with a beard" and impersonating Remington suggesting Westerberg come back to his chambers. Remington characterized those comments as "sophomoric innuendo" and "misogynistic."
