American Oversight v. DHS and ICE — Militarized Immigration Enforcement

Lawsuit filed by American Oversight against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement seeking to compel the release of records regarding militarized immigration enforcement and President Trump’s executive order declaring a national emergency at the U.S. southern border.  This lawsuit seeks records including related communications, contracts, memos, directives, and training materials. The complaint can be viewed here.
