American Oversight v. DOGE – Records Related to Firings of Inspectors General; Musk’s Communications with Congress

Lawsuit filed by American Oversight against the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) which was recently integrated into the U.S. DOGE Service, formerly known as the U.S. Digital Service. This lawsuit seeks the release of Elon Musk’s communications with members of Congress as well as documents regarding President Trump’s mass purge of federal agency independent inspectors general.
