Lawsuit filed by American Oversight against the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation after the agencies failed to produce records shedding light on senior officials’ communications about the January, 6, 2021, assault on the U.S. Capitol, including records concerning pardons of those involved.
