American Oversight v. HHS and FDA — Coronavirus Testing Directives 

Lawsuit filed by American Oversight against the Department of Health and Human Services and the Food and Drug Administration for directives or guidance regarding decisions about testing for coronavirus, including decisions concerning whether to use the World Health Organization’s test, whether to share data on the status of test kits nationwide, where and when to send tests to health-care providers, and who qualifies for testing.
