Lawsuit filed by American Oversight against the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the Department of Defense for communications with or about individuals employed by firms enlisted in the Covid-19 response by White House Senior Adviser Jared Kushner. This lawsuit also seeks calendars and communications of U.S. International Development Finance Corporation CEO Adam Boehler regarding Kushner’s Covid-19 task force, including supply chain matters.
