Lawsuit filed by a dozen individual members of the U.S. House of Representatives against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons, and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem for unlawful obstruction of congressional oversight that the members have sought to conduct at federal immigration detention facilities, in which both Americans and noncitizens have been detained without due process.
