Dallas Woodhouse deleted texts subject to records requests, NC auditor’s office says

Dallas Woodhouse, the North Carolina state auditor’s former elections liaison, deleted text messages that were subject to public records requests “in direct contravention” of agency policy, according to a letter sent by the agency’s general counsel.
