Research Tool: Ukraine-Trump Key Figures and Documents
American Oversight has scoured thousands of pages of agency calendars to find instances in which senior officials met with key figures in the investigation into the Trump administration's dealings with Ukraine.

American Oversight has scoured thousands of pages of agency calendars to find instances in which senior officials met with key figures in the investigation into the Trump administration’s dealings with Ukraine, such as Ambassador to the EU Gordon Sondland, former U.S. envoy to Ukraine Kurt Volker, and, of course, Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
To help people keep track of all the names that have come up during the rapidly moving impeachment inquiry, we’ve also compiled a glossary of more than 60 individuals and entities that have been mentioned in news reports or that have shown up in the documents we’ve obtained, from those of U.S. government officials and Ukrainian oligarchs to Giuliani allies. Many of the figures on the list are also included in the more than 50 Freedom of Information Act requests we have filed in our investigation of the administration’s efforts to get foreign governments to interfere in the 2020 election.
Calendars from the Departments of Commerce, Energy, State and the Treasury include meetings Giuliani had with Nikki Haley, the former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, and with Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin. They also show meetings between Energy Department officials and the Ukrainian state-owned energy company Naftogaz and with Giuliani associate Roy Bailey. You can read more here, and you can also get more information about our investigation and ongoing litigation — from which we will soon be getting more documents — on our investigation page.
